Welcome to Absence of Proof!
Hi! I'm Elizabeth, I'm so happy you're here!
I started Absence of Proof after I removed alcohol from my life earlier this year. I felt like alcohol wasn't serving me becoming the best version of myself and it was actively hindering my ability to feel good.
Once I removed alcohol from my life, I noticed there were limited nightlife options that didn't center around alcohol. I wanted to still have the NYC nightlife experience, just without the alcohol. I couldn't find anywhere where this was possible.
I'm a big believer in manifestation and I think that if you can see something in your mind, you can create it. So I got to work creating Absence of Proof, a non-alcoholic pop-up bar.
After throwing many events in New York city and building the amazing community that Absence of Proof is, I realized that a lot of the messages I receive on social media are asking about how they can try the drinks at home if they can't make it to NYC for an event.
That's what the Absence of Proof bottle shop is all about. I'm so excited to share what we use in our cocktails at events with you so you can experience the magic at home.
